Books I’ll Probably Never Read Tag

Hello, hello, hello! Greetings Charmlings and visitors! Today we shall be exploring books (yes, again. That is what a book blog is for!). I found this at Thrice Read. Now, the questions-

1. A really hyped book you’re not interested in reading?

Too much cussing, not very well written, but the plot was neat. (I never finished it! I got as far as the underwater boat-thingy)

2. A series you won’t start/won’t be finishing?

Animorphs. I read part of the last book and decided to never finish.

3. A classic that you’re just not interested in?

I just, ugh! I couldn’t keep going! Sorry to all the Jane Eyre fans out there, but I’m not one of you!

4. Any genres you never read?

Romance, Historical Fiction, and Non-Fiction.

5. A book on your shelves you’ll probably never actually read?

How can I?! I read a spoiler and it wrecked my childhood! .(

Well, that wasn’t so bad, right?! Now I shall do the unthinkable!

  1. Animorphs was SO good for the first few books and then I just couldn’t with the series anymore! They should have left well enough alone… oh well…
    Loved reading this post!!

  3. Eeek!!! I have been TAGGED!!!! I’m so excited!!!! Thank you so much! This looks like such a fun tag…. I’ve never read Jane Eyre, but I am currently reading Sense and Sensibility by Jane Austen. Completely the same, I know. 😂😂😂

Ms. Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children was okay for me. I read it in school, but the sequel was just AWFUL. It was boring, and dragging, and I was so thankful to finish it so that I would never have to read it again. The third book remains anonymous for me. I don’t care to know what happens, haha! 😂

Thank you again for the tag!!!!

  4. I read Miss Peregrine’s, but I’ve since felt no desire to continue with the series, and I agree with your assessment of it. I loved the concept and the photographs, but it left a lot to be desired. And the movie was frankly awful.

What a fun small tag. Thanks for tagging me! I actually loved the second book in the Miss Peregrine’s series (Hollow City). But I must admit that was probably mostly because of the action packed plot… and the unique characters. To each their own! 😊
