Basics of a Writer Tag (Original?)

Ok. So, I’m not sure if anyone’s ever done this tag before, but I haven’t been able to find one. Tell me if it stinks, K?

The QUESTIONS!!!

Do you write better when listening to music?

Yes. Its pretty much the only time I can write.

Do you have a “writing playlist”? Whats on it?

Mumford & Sons, The Avett Brothers, three One Direction songs, a couple of Jewel songs, Johnny Cash, some Maroon 5, and Dixie Chicks.

Where is your favorite place to write?

Mah BED! Or the kitchen while I’m doing dishes.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in the various books I read and movies I watch. Sometimes peoples and nature inspire me, but its very rare.

What is your favorite type of character death to write?

Off screen. Very few details and lots of mystery.

Have you ever suffered from writer’s block?

Quite often in fact.

How do you deal with it?

READ! WATCH TV! WASH DISHES! The list goes on and on, but they don’t usually work.

What was the worst story you ever wrote?

The worst story I ever wrote was a sort-of FanFiction of LOTR with a main character named after Arwen.

I don’t like to talk about it.

Do you prefer tea or coffee when your writing?

COFFEE! If I can get it. But tea will do.

What about snacks? Bitter or sweet?

Bitter and salty for me. One of my favorite snacks is Caesar salad dressing with a carrot to dip in it. I also like beef sticks and jerky.

When do you usually write best?

When its cold and raining. Bad weather just wakes up the artist in me.

Where do you go for help when you can’t find the right word?

Google.

Again, yes. I’m still working on it. (Its a Supernatural fanfic)

I dunno. I’m still doing “research” for it 😉

I used to be a pantser, but recently I’ve started planning my books in advance.
