I found this beauty at The Road of a Writer and couldn’t help but do it! (She did it a long time ago, but luckily I’m one of those weird people who go through everyone’s old posts) In case you didn’t know, I’m a huge LOTR and The Hobbit fan. I’ve seen all the movies and have read all but The Return of the King.

How were you first introduced to LotR/TH and was it love at first sight/read?
The first time I can remember watching LOTR was at a Mexican restaurant here in town. We were waiting on our table and I look up at the TV just in time to see Frodo pull Sam into the boat, you know the scene I’m talking about. Anyway, I turn and ask my dad what movie it was and my uncle just explodes (hes a hard-core fan as well), saying that I needed to watch it and that my parents have failed in raising me, blah blah blah. Long story short, my dad bought all three movies and I have loved them ever since.
If you could meet the actors who portray the characters in the movies, would you?
DUH!!!!!!! I would love to meet them!
What is your favorite credit song from LotR/TH?
Gollum’s Song is my absolute favorite, with The Last Goodbye and Pippin’s song as close seconds.
The Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit – which is your favorite? *evil laugh* (And no, you don’t actually have to decide. I’m merciful like that. *magnanimous smile*)
The Hobbit. And its all because of Bilbo.
Who is your favorite all-around character?
Bilbo Baggins, hands down.
What is your opinion on Boromir?
That he did what he thought was right to protect his people. And I would have done the same.
How many times have you watched the movies/read the books?
I lost count somewhere around 8 trillion ,)
What book is your favorite?
Although The Hobbit is my favorite all around, my favorite book is The fellowship of the ring. There’s just so much that wasn’t in the movies!
Who is your favorite female character (other than your answer to question #5)?
I’m gonna agree with Ms O’Carroll, Eowyn. She’s so independent and awesome! I’m glad she ended up with Faramir.
Who is your favorite male character (other than your answer to question #5)?
He reminds me of one of my dad’s friends.
I tag any and all Tolkien fans out there!!
Let’s hope your dad’s friend is not reading this lol 😀
